Privacy policy

Your games. Your progress. Your privacy. Here is how information is handled across FribbeGames.

LAST UPDATED · OCTOBER 16, 2026

1. Who this policy covers

This policy covers Conveyor Chaos, Delvenomics: Idle Dungeons, Delvebound, this website and support communications with FribbeGames, an independent game project in Sweden.

For privacy questions or requests, contact fribbegames@outlook.com. The features available depend on the game, platform and version you use.

2. Game progress and settings

The games store progress and preferences on your device. Depending on the game, this includes completed levels, upgrades, equipment, currencies, rewards, cooldowns, purchase entitlements and sound or haptic settings. This data is used to save progress and provide the gameplay you request.

Local data is not automatically a FribbeGames account. We cannot access or erase files held only on your device remotely.

3. Optional cloud saves

Delvenomics includes optional cloud backup functionality using Google Play Games. When you sign in and use this feature, Google processes the relevant player identity and saved-game information to store and restore your progress. Availability depends on the released version and Google service settings.

Clearing local storage does not by itself delete cloud saves. See cloud data deletion instructions before restoring or reinstalling the game.

4. Advertising and in-app purchases

Some versions may offer optional rewarded advertising through Google AdMob and purchases through Google Play Billing. Where these services are enabled, Google may process device or advertising identifiers, IP address, app interactions, diagnostics, purchase information and consent choices to deliver ads, measure performance, prevent fraud and process purchases.

The game may store purchase tokens and entitlement information to verify purchases and grant items. FribbeGames does not receive your full payment card details from Google Play.

Consent choices are presented where required. Advertising ID controls are also available in your Android privacy settings. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner apps.

Advertising and billing support may be present in a game before those services are activated. Check the game’s Google Play Data safety information for its released version.

5. Support messages and this website

If you contact us, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments or device details you choose to send. We use these to respond to your request, investigate problems and handle privacy or purchase questions. Please do not send passwords or payment card details.

The support form opens your own email app; it does not submit a message to a website database. This website does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts or marketing cookies. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. A private preview may require hosting-provider sign-in.

6. Purposes, retention and sharing

We use information to provide requested game features and support, maintain security, verify entitlements and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, these activities rely on providing the service you request, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the games, consent for optional processing, or legal obligations.

Local saves remain on your device until removed. Cloud saves remain with the relevant service until removed through its controls. Support correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request and any related dispute or legal obligation; you may request deletion.

We do not sell your support correspondence. Information may be handled by email, hosting, advertising, payment and cloud-service providers as described above. Providers may process information outside your country, including outside the EEA, under their applicable privacy terms and safeguards.

7. Your privacy choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of personal data we hold, and object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Email fribbegames@outlook.com with the game name and your request. We may need proportionate information to verify that the request relates to you. You may also complain to your data protection authority; in Sweden, this is Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).

See our data deletion page for practical steps.

8. Children and changes

We do not knowingly request personal information from children through support. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate. Check each game’s store listing for its age rating and intended audience.

This policy may change when game features or services change. The date above identifies the latest update.
