Data deletion
A fresh start, or time to say goodbye. Choose the steps that match the data you want to remove.
1. Delete data stored on your device
- Open your Android device’s Settings.
- Go to Apps and select Conveyor Chaos, Delvenomics or Delvebound.
- Choose Storage & cache (or Storage), then Clear storage / Clear data.
- Confirm the action. Menu names vary by device.
This removes the game’s local progress, currencies and settings. Clearing cache alone does not erase your saved game. Uninstalling usually removes local app data, but device backups or cloud saves may restore it later.
Before you delete: progress and consumable items saved only on the device may be permanently lost. Deleting data does not request a refund or remove Google’s payment records.
2. Delete Google Play Games cloud data
If you used Delvenomics cloud backups, remove the cloud data separately. Open the Google Play Games profile page, choose Your Data → Delete Play Games Account & Data, and find the game under Delete individual game data. Alternatively, in the Play Store app go to your profile → Settings → General → Play Games Profile → Privacy & Settings → Delete profile & game data.
Read the confirmation carefully: deleting Play Games data may affect saved progress and achievements. Clear local game storage too, and avoid uploading a new backup if your intention is to remove both copies.
3. Request deletion from FribbeGames
To request deletion of personal data held by FribbeGames, such as support correspondence, email fribbegames@outlook.com with the subject Data deletion request.
- Name the game: Conveyor Chaos, Delvenomics or Delvebound.
- Describe what you want deleted.
- Use the email address you previously contacted us from, where possible.
We will review the request, ask for verification only where needed and explain the outcome. Under applicable data protection law, requests are generally answered within one month; if a permitted extension is needed, we will explain why.
We cannot remotely erase data stored only on your device, delete your Google Account or directly remove records controlled by Google. You do not need to delete your whole Google Account to request deletion of individual game data.

Information that must be retained to meet legal obligations, prevent fraud or resolve a dispute may be kept for the applicable period. If an exception applies to your request, we will explain the reason.
